Now anyone can grab ahold of furry car wash suds without slipping on a soaking wet wash mitt to wash the car. The Premium Extra Thick Wash Pad gently removes stuck-on dirt, grease, and grime from filthy cars and trucks with a fluffy scratch-resistant synthetic wool. Lambswool is loved for car washing mitts and pads because it holds tons of water and suds, and traps dirt and debris in the fluffy pile of fur before it can scratch the paintwork. How To Use:
  • Use two buckets whenever washing your car: fill one bucket with 5 gallons of water and 1 oz. of your favorite Chemical Guys car wash soap, and the other bucket with plain water.
  • Insert a Dirt Trap bucket insert into each bucket to catch car wash dirt and keep the wash water clean and scratch-free.
  • Rinse your car, then wash in straight lines with the soapy wash pad.
  • After cleaning a panel or two, dip the pad in the bucket of plain water to loosen the embedded dirt and grime, then wring it out on the ground to purge the dirt from the pad.
  • Return to the soap bucket and continue to wash the whole car.
  • Rinse away all soap and dirt from the car, then dry with premium microfiber towels.
Care Instructions
  • Rinse out the Premium Extra Thick Wash Pad with fresh water and air dry after every wash.
  • For heavier stuck in dirt and grease, machine wash the Premium Extra Thick Wash Pad with Chemical Guys Microfiber Wash and hot water, and air dry for best results.

As you are likely aware, the government raised New Zealand’s COVID-19 alert level to Level Three on 23rd March and further raised it to Level Four on 25-26th March. Under the Level Four alert level, only essential services will remain open in New Zealand. NZ Outlet as an online e-commerce Business is not an essential business, thus our Warehouse & Office can not remain open and functioning. Thus our Warehouse staff would not operate throughout the Level Four lock-down. All orders wlll be shipped at a later stage.

We are still taking orders on our website. Place your orders and reserve the items for yourself. Our Customer Support Team will be working from Home to respond to your queries and questions (during normal business hours). As soon as the alert level is downgraded to a safer level for our business & staff to operate, we will continue to share best hygiene practices at workplace for the well-being of our customers as well as our staff. For order fulfillment & packaging at our warehouse, we will initially deploy very limited asymptomatic staff and will ship all pending and new orders ASAP. IMPORTANT UPDATE: Courier Deliveries

  • For the delivery of parcels requiring a signature, the courier will knock on the door as usual and step back two meters, or as far back as safe.
  • They will wait for the occupant to come to the door, ask for the recipients' name, and leave the parcel in a sensible place for the customer to pick up when the driver leaves.
  • If no one comes to the door, they will leave a card and return the item to the depot as usual.
  • For other services, the courier will try to minimize physical contact as much as possible.
  • These changes come into place immediately will be reviewed regularly.

    Our Return Policy lasts for 14 days from the day of your purchase. As soon as you receive the product, please check all the item(s) of your order before opening and using them.

    For hygienic-health & safety reasons we do not accept returns we rarely accept returns of make-up, cosmetics, and nail polish if you have changed your mind / it has been opened or used / it was damaged on arrival. Gift cards are non returnable items, although you may be eligible to use them during our Pop Up Sale event. 
    For returning Fragrances, you can not use general Postal Service, as they are considered as dangerous goods. Please use proper packaging and tracked courier service to return the fragrance back to us in safe manner & in original packaging.

    Full refunds (less shipping feeor partial refunds (less shipping feewill only be offered on items that are defective/damaged and we are unable to send a replacement. We can't process a refund if you just change your mind and don't want to keep it anymore.
