> We ship to both metro/urban and rural addresses across Australasia (AU +NZ). 
> We do NOT ship to PO Boxes & Private Bags.
> All items are stocked at our Christchurch, NZ warehouse. All orders are DISPATCHED ON SAME BUSINESS DAY from our Christchurch warehouse (Place your order before 2 PM on a working day).
> Fully tracked service is provided via multiple couriers. By default, our parcels are left without obtaining receiver's signature. To use 'Signature Required' delivery, please mention in the delivery instructions. Standard order processing time-frame is 1-2 working days. Estimated Delivery Time is 3-5 working days across Australasia(excluding Custom Clearance duration). 
> Customs fees or any other additional cost associated with your purchase is your responsibility as the customer. Orders $1000+ are liable for additional customs fees.
> Combined shipping is available if you purchase from more than one product/listings. You must pay once for shipping and save on postage to receive all ordered items in one single parcel.

> Received a damaged product? Received an incorrect item? Not satisfied with what you have received? Please take pictures and get in touch with us to notify within 48 hours of received your order. We will investigate the matter to resolve it as soon as possible. You may be eligible for a refund or a replacement, depending on case to case.
