IMPORTANT UPDATE: Courier Deliveries

  • For the delivery of parcels requiring a signature, the courier will knock on the door as usual and step back two meters, or as far back as safe.
  • They will wait for the occupant to come to the door, ask for the recipients' name, and leave the parcel in a sensible place for the customer to pick up when the driver leaves.
  • If no one comes to the door, they will leave a card and return the item to the depot as usual.
  • For other services, the courier will try to minimize physical contact as much as possible.
  • These changes come into place immediately will be reviewed regularly.

  • For products which are at our Christchurch Warehouse , we ship via Courier Post & Post Haste. 
  • PLEASE NOTE :- By default, all of our delivery parcels are left without obtaining receiver's signature(Parcel with Authority To Leave). To use 'Signature Required' delivery option (at no extra cost), please mention specifically in the delivery instructions every time you place your order.
  • Full tracking is provided from our warehouse to end-mile delivery address. Tracking details are shared via email as soon as your order is packed & made ready for dispatch.
  • We also ship to PO Box addresses in New Zealand(only).
  • For shipping to Australia or an overseas address, please contact us. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the exact value of the items in your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. We cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees. We do not take any part in such illegal practices.
